What is Rayados en la Mira?
Rayados en la Mira is a scouting program of Club de Fútbol Monterrey, directed at boys and girls from the 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 categories.
How does the process work?
The tryouts are held in four venues: CEDEREG, Tec Milenio, Concordia, and Churubusco, where certified club scouts closely observe the performance and skills of each player.
